Go to yMGV homepage
and follow the "Expression
map for one experiment" link (arrow 1 in next picture)
Select the publication containing the experiment you want to see, validate
with "fetch" button:
Select the experiment to see:
And click the "fetch" button to see the expression map
The result:
You can change limit between colored/not colored gene and image size
with the menu.
By clicking in a chromosom, you can obtain a zoom image. (arrow 2)
Width of the histogram are proportional to gene lenght. Upper part
are Watson strand ORF, lower are Crick strand ORF.
