Looking for most (or less) variant genes accross
yMGV
The query:
Goto yMGV homepage
and follow the "View
most and less variant ORFs" link (arrow 1 in next picture)
You can choose:
1) the number of genes to display
2) if you want most or less moving genes
3) the significant limit between moving/not moving
4) if you want to consider only up regulated, down regulated genes
or both.
The Result:
You obtain the list of the genes in agreement with your criterion.
"Score" is the number of conditions where gene is in agreement with
criterion.
"Present" is the number of conditions where gene where present in the
dataset.
"Percent" is Score divided by Present.
