The binding of Pdr1p to the promoters of RPN4, PDR5, SNQ2 and YGR035c was assessed in the presence or absence of fluphenazine, by ChIP followed by qPCR analyses. The ARG8 promoter was used as a negative control. The histograms show the IP/WCE ratio obtained by qPCR, relative to the values obtained for ACT1, used as a reference gene.
