The program REDUCE (Bussemaker, Li et al. 2001) was used to correlate DNA sequence elements in promoter regions with log2(Ratio) data sets of
benomyl induction time course in wild type strain (A) and yap1D strain (B). Three relevant regulatory motifs are shown.
