Access
the complete dataset
You
have access to the complete dataset by two ways. First you can query
the database of all the publication results either by ORF/gene name or
by specific profile. Second you can download all
the complete data from all the experiments done in the article.
- Select
the type of query (Gene name,ORF name, ...) and enter the string you
are looking for (the search is case insensitive) or …
- Select
the significant ratio value (1.8, 2 or 3) for induction or repression
of selected genes. With this ratio definition and with kinetic experiments
you can defined specific expression profile you are interested in.
- Choose
for additionnal informations to be retrived as SGD informations or expression
profile

Search
the dataset for the kinetic experiments :
Gene
name, process and function are from the Saccharomyces
Genome Database.
All
the data are available as text format files :
- Kinetic
experiment :
This file contains the ORF name for each genes available on the microarray
used, the corresponding ratios for each ORF in all the conditions
describe as phase1 vs phase2, phase3 vs phase2, phase4 vs phase2,
phase5 vs phase2 and phase6 vs phase2.
